Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cut onions
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce,divided
- 1 pound ground round
- 2 Large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Combine meat,1/4 cup barbecue sauce,onion,breadcrumbs, egg whites, and pepper in a large bowl;stir well.
3.Shape mixture into a 7×5 inch loaf on a rack in a roasting pan.Spread remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over loaf.Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Yield 4 servings.

Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove — crushed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 1/2 lb. lean boneless chuck roast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 10 French rolls or sandwich buns — (10 to 12)
Directions
Place beef in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours. Refrigerate or prepare sandwiches now. Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks. Add one cup sauce. Reheat mixture in microwave or on stovetop. Spoon on warm, open-face rolls or buns. Top with additional warm sauce if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 beef flank steaks (1 1/2lbs)
- 1/2c reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4c water
- 2T molasses
- 2t ground mustard
- 1t ground ginger
- 1/2t garlic powder
Directions
Freeze steak for 1 ½ hours. Cut diagonally into ¼” slices. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour 1/4c into a small bowl for basting, cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large Ziploc bag, add the beef. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. Thread beef ribbon style on 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill, uncovered over medium heat for 3 to 4 mins on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Yield: 6 servings.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cups strawberries, or other soft chopped fruit
- 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
- 2 Tbsp low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1 tsp wheat germ
- 1 piece mint leaves
Directions
In a blender, puree the fruit, milk, yogurt and wheat germ until thick and creamy. Pour into a tall chilled glass and garnish with a mint leave. Serve at once

Ingredients
- 1 oz fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cup fat-free skim milk
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet
Directions
Prepare instant pudding according to package directions, using the fat-free milk.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of chips into the bottom of each of six 3-ounce paper cups; fill cups with pudding, cover with foil and poke a wooden popsicle stick through the center of each. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
To eat, dip bottom of cup into warm water for about 10 seconds; remove foil, peel off cup and enjoy.
