Chocolate Chip Pie Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 1/2 cup of pecans



Directions

Combine:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of all purpose flour in airtight jar.

In an airtight packet, to put inside jar also, but sep. from dry ingredients :
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of coconut
1/2 cup of pecans.

TAG:
Directions: Combine 1/4 cup of melted butter, the dry ingredients, and 2 large eggs. Stir until dry ingredients are moist.

Stir in chocolate chip packet. Spoon into 9″ unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
