Chilled Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice, cooked
  • 3 Green onion, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar, tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons Black olives, sliced
  • 16 ounces Green beans, French cut; drained
  • Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • Broccoli florets, chopped
  • 4 Radishes, chopped
  • Fresh herb mixture (your choice)
  • Lettuce, shopped (keep separate)
  • Sour cream



Directions

Mix together the first 10 items, then add fresh herbs, such as sage, basil, oregano, parsley, and dill.

Serve on a bedof lettuce and top with sour cream.
