Chilled Rice Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice, cooked
- 3 Green onion, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar, tarragon
- 2 tablespoons Black olives, sliced
- 16 ounces Green beans, French cut; drained
- Tomatos, fresh, chopped
- Broccoli florets, chopped
- 4 Radishes, chopped
- Fresh herb mixture (your choice)
- Lettuce, shopped (keep separate)
- Sour cream
Directions
Mix together the first 10 items, then add fresh herbs, such as sage, basil, oregano, parsley, and dill.
Serve on a bedof lettuce and top with sour cream.
