Chef Warren LeRuths Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh or dried oregano
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs. corn oil (I use Mazola)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water



Directions

Place in bottle and shake well. Make one day in advance (refrigerate).

For Italian Gorganzolla Dressing add: 2 oz. of crumbled Gorganzolla Cheese to above recipe.
