Hsin-Min Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw Shrimp
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sherry
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
- 1/4 cup Peanut Oil
Directions
Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side.
