Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- One 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans 14.5 oz. chicken broth
- One 10 oz. can chunk chicken
- One 15 oz. can black beans
- One 10 oz. can diced mexican style tomatoes, drained.
Directions
Open all cans and pour into large saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated.
Serve with tortilla chips. (I suggest the Lime Tortilla Chips).
Top with shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream or avocados.
For extra zing squeeze a fresh lime over each bowl of soup.
