6-Layer Supper
Ingredients
- 1 thick layer sliced raw potatoes
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 thick layer sliced onions
- 1 layer sliced carrots
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1T. salt
- 1 qt canned tomato juice
- 1 T. brown sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients in order in a casserole dish. Bake at 350(F) for 2 1/2 hours.
