Ganache

Ingredients

• 9 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Place chocolate in a small bowl. In small saucepan, heat cream, bringing it just to a boil. Pour hot cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Chill mixture two hours before using.
