Ingredients
- 30 square wonton wrappers
- 1 egg white
- 30 drained anchovy fillets
- canola oil
Directions
1) Lightly beat the egg white and use it to brush the edges of a wonton wrapper.
2) Place an anchovy at one end of the apper and roll up tightly. Twist slightly and repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
3) Deep fry the twists until they are nicely browned, then drain them. Serve immediately and do not reheat.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. chicken wings
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 to 1 bottle Frank’s RedHot Sauce (a cayenne pepper sauce)
Directions
1. Boil the chicken in a large pot of water for 15 to 20 minutes, until the meat is cooked, white and fleshy. Remove from heat and drain.
2. Grill the chicken until crispy, 15 to 25 minutes. The meat will be golden brown with slightly blackened edges.
3. Melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds and check every 10 seconds thereafter.
4. Add the hot sauce to the butter and mix. Add the wings and mix well.

Ingredients
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 can deviled crab
- 1 pkg cream cheese
Directions
Mix and heat through. Serve!

Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen spinach thawed and drained well
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup romano cheese
- asagio cheese
- 1 large jar artichokes, mashed
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, diced
- 1 cup half and half
Directions
In a large sauce pan add half and half, cheeses and cream cheese. Add 2 T garlic powder salt and pepper to taste. Melt over low heat. When melted, add spinach, roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. Continue to heat until thick and bubbly. Serve with tortillia chips or sliced pita bread pieces.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf sliced sandwich bread
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 4 tbls. mayonnaise
- 1 tbl. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions
1. Remove crusts from bread. Place bread slices on a baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on bread slices.
3. Bake bread slices in a pre-heated 325-degree oven for 10 minutes.
4. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut bread slices into rectangles, triangles or other shapes. (You should get about four pieces from each slice of bread).
Makes about 4 dozen
