Ingredients
- 1 loaf cinnamon/raisin bread (crusts removed)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 7 eggs + 3 egg yolks
- 1 cube butter melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 cup milk
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Layer bread & melted butter in a 9 x 13 casserole pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour evenly over bread. Bake 1 hour in a pan of hot water. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar. Can be assembled the night before.
Serves 12.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 5 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes (not shredded)
- Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 green onions thinly sliced, tops included
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble; set aside, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the bacon drippings. Mix corn flake crumbs with warm bacon drippings and set aside. In medium sized bowl, beat eggs until foamy, stir in potatoes, cheeses, milk, onion, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan and sprinkle with crumb mixture and bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
Note: Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9×13 inch pan.
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. hash browns
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg (8) refrigerated crescent rolls or homemade pizza dough
- 5 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp satl
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Place screscents or pizza dough in 12 inch pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Brown sausage and put on top of dough. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 375 f for 25 – 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup hash browns
- 1 pkg cressent rolls
- 5 eggs w/1/4 cup milk beat together
- salt and pepper
Directions
place cressent rolls in a baking pan after spraying it with “Pam”, then brown the sausage and drain it, then spread the sausage over the dough, then top with the hash browns then the cheese. Then you pour the beaten egg and milk over the top of everything and the bake in an oven at 375 degrees for about a half an hour or 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 3 ounces Vermont maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 lb. golden raisins
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Heat water and salt until boiling. Add oatmeal, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Combine next 10 ingredients and add to oatmeal. Pour into a large greased baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours, uncovered. Serve hot with a small dab of vanilla ice cream.
