Ingredients
- ½ cup regular sour cream
- 2 Tbls sugar
- 1 Tbl orange juice
- ½ tsp grated orange peel
- bananas
- dried sweetened cranberries
- granola
Directions
Mix well, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, slice a whole banana into each serving dish, stir sauce and top each banana with 1-2 Tbls. Sprinkle with granola and dried sweetened cranberries. Serve immediately.
Serves 8.

Ingredients
- 7 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions
In a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish, combine the bread cubes and cheese. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over bread and cheese. Top with bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs at room tempeature
- 1 package yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 1/2 – 7 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
- 1 egg white
Directions
Combine milk, water and 1/3 cup butter in a small sauce pan. Heat over low heat until liquids are very warm. butter does not need to melt.
Place 4 cups flour in a bowl with 6 tablespoons sugar, salt and yeast. Mix well. Add eggs and warm liquids, mix and knead. Knead in remaining flour.
Place in a well greased bowl and roll to grease top. Let rest covered until dough doubles in size.
Punch dough down and devide in half. Shape halves into loaves and place in well greased pans, let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from pans and brush all surfaceses well with shortening or cooking oil.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 2 Tblsp. nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tblsp. sugar
- 3 Tblsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Topping :
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Put ingredients in machine for bread. Select Dough setting, and press Start.
When dough has risen long enough, the machine will beep. Turn off bread machine, remove bread pan, and turn out dough onto a floured countertop or cutting board.
Prepare 12×9 pan. Gently roll and stretch dough into a 20 inch rope. With a sharp, divide dough into 24 pieces and shape each piece into a ball. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip each piece of dough into butter and then in sugar mixture. Place sugar-coated pieces in pan in layers. Cover and let rise n warm oven 30 to 45 minutes until doubled. (Hint: To warm oven slightly, turn oven on Warm setting for 2 minute, then turn it off, and place covered dough in oven to rise. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn out on a plate, then invert onto serving dish. Serve Warm. This is great. Be sure to use real butter.

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tsps. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 14 slices day-old or French bread
- 1 (7-oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
- Maple syrup
Directions
Serves 7 or 8
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, sugar and cinnamon.
2. Add bread, a few slices at a time, let soak for 1 minute. Make sure both sides are well dipped.
3. Coat both sides with coconut. It may be easier to lightly press the coconut over each side of the bread.
4. Put on greased baking sheets. Bake at 475 degrees for 5-7 minutes, turn bread with spatula and bake on other side 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with maple syrup.
