Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup Coca-Cola
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
Remove from heat; whisk in sugar and vanilla.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Coca-Cola Frosting * (recipe to follow)
- Garnish: 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions
Combine Coca-Cola and buttermilk; set aside.
Beat butter at low speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat until blended.
Add egg and vanilla; beat at low speed until blended.
Combine flour, cocoa, and soda.
Add to butter mixture alternately with cola mixture; begin and end with flour mixture.
Beat at low speed just until blended.
Stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13- x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes. Pour Coca-Cola Frosting* over warm cake; garnish, if desired.
*Coca-Cola Frosting:

- 1 package white cake mix
- 1-1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup Oreos coarsely crushed
- *
- Frosting:
- 3 cups powder sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg whites
Directions
Heat oven 350
Grease & flour two round cake pans
In large bowl, combine all cake ing. except Oreo?s,
Mix at low speed until moistened: beat 2 min. at highest speed
Gently stir in ores
Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 25 – 35 min. Cool 10 min. Remove from pans
Cool completely
Frosting:
In small bowl, combine 1/2 c. powder sugar, shortening, vanilla & egg whites; blend well.
Beat in remaining powder sugar until frosting is smooth & creamy
Fill & frost cake

Ingredients
- 1 large box of cake mix, Any flavor
- 2 cups of cool whip
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups water
Directions
Blend all ingredients on Medium speed.
Pour into a greased and floured 10″ Bundt or Tube pan.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (sour milk)
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup hot. water
- 2 t. baking soda
Directions
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar until creamy and add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add cocoa and beat well. Add and alternate sour milk and flour until well blended. Dissolve soda in hot water and add to mixture and beat well. Pour into 9 x 13 in. pan or 2 9 in. layer cake pans and bake at 350* F for about 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Ice with favorite icing.
