Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick/4 ounces) butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup yogurt or sour cream (or a combination)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9″x5″ loaf pan. Cream butter and sugar until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with yogurt. Beat just until smooth. Turn batter into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Do not over bake. Cool in pan. Cake may settle in the middle as it cools–this is normal.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 large pkg. Jello instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 oz. pkg. of chocolate mint chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes with mixer, except chocolate chips. Add chips and mix by hand. Put into a greased bundt pan or Angel Food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing. Brush with powdered sugar.

tip: if you want an orange cake, just squeeze some orange juice in
if you want a banana cake, just smash 4 in

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) tub whipped cream thawed and divided
- 2 pkgs chocolate or vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 1/4 cups cold 2 percent milk
- 1 chocolate pie crust ( 6oz,)
- 4 (1.5oz) chocolate covered candy bars cut into 1/4 in. pieces
Directions
1). Beat milk, pudding mixes and 1/2 of the whipped cream into medium bowl with wire whisk,(1min.)Mix will be thick.
2). Reserve 1/4 cup of the candy bar pieces. Stir remaining candy bar pieces into pudding mix. Spoon mixture into crust and spread evenly.
3).Spread remaining whipped cream over pudding layer. Sprinkle top with remaining candy. Enjoy imediately orchill.
Prep time 5 min.

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can mandrian oranges w/juice
- 1 large container of cool whip
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapples, w/juice
Directions
Pour cake mix in bowl along with 4 eggs, oil and oranges in juice.
Mix together and pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350 until cake is brown or clear from tooth pick.
Frosting:
Mix cool whip, pineapples in juice, and instant pudding together. top each layer with frosting and all sides.
This cake is so moist and delicious.
