Crockpot Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts(either pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla



Directions

1. Spray inside of 2-3 1/2 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread batter evenly in crockpot.

2. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl. Stir in hot water until smooth. Pour evenly over batter in crockpot.

3. Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

4. Turn off crockpot. Let cake stand uncovered 30 to 40 minutes to cool slightly before serving. Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Spoon sauce over top.

Crockpot Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger, cooked and drained
  • One 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • One 14 oz. jar pizza sauce
  • One 12 oz. bag Kluski noodles
  • 1 Package pepperoni
  • 1 Package 3 cheeses



Directions

Mix hamburger with sauces.
Cook noodles until soft.
Layer in crockpot, cover pot with a little sauce, then half the noodles. half
the meat sauce, half pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. Repeat.
Put on low heat at least one hour.

Crockpot Pizza

Ingredients

  • 11/2lbs hamburger browned
  • 2 lg. bags mozza cheese
  • 1 chooped onion
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 2/3 box rigatoni noodles cooked
  • 1 can mushrooms soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 cans pizza sauce



Directions

Alternate layersin crockpot as follows: hamburger,noodles,cheese,soup,mushrooms,onions,sauce and pepperoni.
Heat 4 hours on low in crockpot.

Crockpot Pizza II

Ingredients

  • 1 Package 12 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef OR turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 jar of 28 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 jar 4-1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 package 3-1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni, halved
  • 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese



Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.
In large skillet cook beef/turkey and onion until brown. Drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and seasoning.
Drain noodles.
In 5 qt. slow cooker coated with non sitck cooking spray, spread a third of meat sauce. Cover with 3rd of noodles and pepperoni. Sprinkle with 3rd of cheeses.
Repeat layers twice.
Cover and cook low 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.

YIELD:6-8 servings
