Ingredients

  • orange juice
  • cranberry juice



Directions

Fill the juice glass about 3/4 full with chilled orange juice. Carefully fill the rest of the way with chilled cranberry juice. The exact look depends on the pulp in the orange juice–less pulp, less separation.

Chocoberry Milk Chiller

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
  • Multi-colored sprinkles (optional)



Directions

Fresh or frozen raspberries (optional) Stir 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup into chocolate milk and mix thoroughly. Chill mixture in freezer for 5 minutes. While mixture is chilling, dip 2 glasses upside down into sprinkles to coat edges, if desired. Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup on inside and bottom of glasses. Pull mixture out of the freezer. Pour into chocolate drizzled glasses. Garnish with raspberries, if desired. Makes 2 servings.

Chocolate Mug Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chocolate ice cream, divided
  • 2 cups milk, divided
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, divided
  • 1/4 cup white sugar, divided
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, divided



Directions

In a blender, combine half each of ice cream, milk, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Repeat procedure and serve:

4 servings.

Citrus Tea

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts water
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 10 individual tea bags
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • Juice of 7 lemons
  • Juice of 6 oranges
  • Ice cubes



Directions

In a large kettle, bring water and cloves to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovereed for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags and cloves. Stir in sugar and juices. Serve over ice.

24 (3/4 cup) servings

Coca-Cola Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen lemons, squeezed
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 36 ounces Coca-Cola



Directions

Squeeze lemons and add rind. Cover with sugar the night before serving. Just before serving, add Coke and pour over crushed ice. Yield 8 servings
