Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong coffee, chilled
  • 3/4 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coffee ice cream



Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; beat until smooth.

Mocha Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts brewed strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup instant hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken into halves
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tblsp powdered sugar



Directions

Slow cooker directions –

Place coffee, hot chocolate mix and cinnamon stick halves in slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on high 2 – 2 1/2 hours or until hot. Remove and discard cinnamon stick halves.

Beat cream in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Ladle hot beverage into mugs; top with whipped cream.

Old Fashioned Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
  • rum or rum extract
  • boiling water
  • nutmeg



Directions

In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar,brown sugar, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. In a large bow., combine cooked ingredients with ice cream;beat on meduim until smooth (1-2 minutes.) Can be stored refrigerated u to 2 weeks or frozen up to 1 month. Fil mug with 1/4 cup mixture, 1 ounce rum or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract and 3/4 cup boiling water;sprinkle with nutmeg.

Old Fashioned Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 8 C. water
  • 10 lemons



Directions

10 lemons should produce 2 cups of lemon juice. Mix ingredients well.

Open House Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 oz orange juice; frozen
  • 6 oz lemonade; frozen
  • 6 oz lemon juice
  • 3 liter 7-up
  • 1 bottle southern comfort (fifth), optional
  • red food coloring; as desired



Directions

Mix and serve with ice
