Peach Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes



Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until blended. Serve immediately.

Peach Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ice cubes



Directions

Combine peaches, peach nectar, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add ice slowly, in small batches. Blend until smooth and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.

Peppermint Float Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream, room temperature
  • Peppermint extract to taste
  • Green food coloring
  • 3 to 4 (liter-size) bottles 7-Up



Directions

Mix ice cream with peppermint extract and green food coloring in a punch bowl. Add peppermint extract one drop at a time, as a little goes a long way. Add 7-Up to ice cream mixture.

NOTE: If you need more volume, just add more 7-Up to the punch.

Pucker Up

Ingredients

  • 12 oz jar Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1 jar Maraschino Cherries
  • 1 lemon juice form plastic lemon
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup sugar



Directions

Squeeze juice from 1 lemon, set aside. Mix frozen lemonade concentrate with 1/2 the amount of water the instructions call for. Fill blender 1/2 full of ice. Add 2 cups lemonade mixture and 6 cherries and 1 Tbs. Juice from plastic lemon and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend. Serve garnished with lemon slice & cherry.

Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles real lemon (small size)
  • 1 tall gingerale
  • 1 Canada Dry Club soda
  • 1 no.2 pineapple pieces (med)
  • 2 large frozen orange juice
  • 1 bottle marachino cherries (med)
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1/2 cup sugar



Directions

Mix together and serve cold.

Serves 2 gallons, 1 quart
