Heavenly Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon slices; chopped thick
  • 2 Green onions; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan; freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup Basil; chopped fresh
  • 1/4 pound Fettuccine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra Parmesan; freshly grated for garnish



Directions

Cook bacon in heavy medium skillet over medium heat until beginning to brown. Add green onions and stir until softened, about 1 minute. Add cream and simmer until beginning to thicken, about 1 minute. Mix in parmesan cheese and basil.

Meanwhile, cook fettuccine in large pot of boiling, salted water until just tender but still firm to the bite (al dente), stirring occasionally. Drain well. Return to hot pot. Add sauce and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a little extra grated parmesan and serve immediately.

Peanut Butter and Apple Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • 1 small apple, sliced
  • Pinch cayenne pepper



Directions

* Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread, then spread the apple butter on top of the peanut butter.

* Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne over the apple butter, then layer the slices of apple on top of that. Serve immediately.

Serves 1.

Presto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pasta, any variety
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup each: cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, corn and green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Ranch Dressing



Directions

PLACE all ingredients except dressing in medium resealable plastic bag.

POUR dressing into separate small resealable plastic bag.

Just before serving….
TEAR one corner of the plastic bag with the dressing; squeeze onto pasta mixture. Shake lightly to mix ingredients.

Shake & Serve Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 6 each: baby carrots and cherry tomatoes
  • 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup corn chips



Directions

PLACE greens, carrots, tomatoes, turkey and cheese in large resealable plastic bag.

PLACE corn chips and dressing in separate small resealable plastic bags.

Just before serving….
TEAR one corner of the plastic bag with the dressing; squeeze onto salad. Shake lightly to mix ingredients. Top with corn chips.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with 1 pkg. (113 g) JELL-O Ready-To-Eat Chocolate Pudding Snack and 1 pouch (6.75 oz.) CAPRI SUN.

Waffle Apple-Wich

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen waffles, toasted, cooled
  • 1 KRAFT Singles
  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham
  • 1/2 small apple, sliced
  • 2 tsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup



Directions

TOP 1 waffle with Singles, ham and apple slices. Cover with second waffle.

WRAP sandwich in plastic wrap or foil. Pour syrup into sealable plastic container. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with 8-oz. glass of milk and 1/2 cup seedless grapes.

Apple Waffle Melt
Prepare as directed. Place on microwavable plate. Microwave sandwich on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until Singles are melted.
