Hershey Bar Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 small chocolate almond bars
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 9 inch baked pie shell



Directions

Melt above ingredients, except whipping cream in top of double boiler and cool thoroughly. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in the chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Top with some whipped cream and shaved chocolate bar. Place in refrigerator until serving time. This can be made several days ahead and kept in freezer.

*for the person with an extreme sweet tooth!

Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared graham cracker or cookie crumb crust
  • 4 cups any flavor ice cream or sorbet, slightly softened
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce or butterscotch or strawberry sauce
  • whipped cream
  • nuts
  • maraschino cherries



Directions

Layer scoops of ice cream with sauce in the pie crust. Cover tightly and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Serve with additional toppings, whipped cream, nuts, cherries, etc. if desired. 8 servings

Kentucky Derby Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 T. rum
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell



Directions

Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Add nuts, coconut and rum. Melt butter. Add butte. Pour chocolate chips on bottom of pie shell. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Key Lime Pie I

Ingredients

  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese – soft
  • 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust



Directions

Mix all 1st 4 ingred together. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with cool-whip before serving.

Key Lime Pie II

Ingredients

  • 1 small carton cool whip
  • 1 large package lime jello
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 16oz.cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 ready made graham cracker crusts



Directions

Dissolve jello in hot water,let cool.
Cream the cream cheese well.
Add to cooled jello and beat until smooth,add lime juice mixing in well.
Pour into 2 graham cracker pie crusts.
Spread cool whip on top of pie.
*This can be made sugar free by useing sugar free jello instead of regular jello.
