Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. PEANUT BUTTER, SMOOTH
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1-8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 – 9 oz. ctn cool whip



Directions

Mix peanut butter, sift sugar, mix in milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust

Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked thick pie crust
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup refined sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups scalded pet milk
  • 1/4 cup ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring



Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and almond. Blend scalded milk. Pour custard into thick piecrust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean

Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white Karo syrup
  • 3 heaping tablespoons strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 pint fresh strawberries. sliced
  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip



Directions

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, water and Karo and heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool a bit. Blend with strawberries and pour into pie crust. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Grandmas Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature, beaten
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 1/2 cups scalded milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)



Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir well. Blend in the scalded milk. For more yellow color, add few drops yellow food coloring.

Line pie pan with pastry and brush inside bottom and sides of shell with egg white to help prevent a soggy crust. Pour custard mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack.

Hello Dolly Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 12oz.chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flake coconut
  • 1 stick butter,melted
  • 1 c. pecans,chopped



Directions

Mix all ingredients in pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
*Very rich and delicious.
