Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced celery
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well-pureed.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Salad greens and vegetables of your choice
- Crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Place the first seven ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. In a salad bowl, combine greens and vegetables; sprinkle with blue cheese. Serve with dressing. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.

- 1 bottle (26 oz.) ketchup
- 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 oz. tarragon vinegar
- 7 oz. salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 cup honey
- Dash salt
- Dash sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Refrigerate

Ingredients
- Grated white onion to taste
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- Small clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake well and refrigerate.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Dash red pepper
- Dash onion salt
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup + 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup light karo syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Directions
Mix together brown mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt and red pepper, then add: mayonnaise, karo syrup, honey and salad oil
Mix well and refrigerate. Makes approx. 3 cups.
