Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, rinsed, trimmed and chopped into 1/8 inch wide strips
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, trimmed and chopped into 1/8 inch wide strips
- 12 large basil leaves, chopped into 1/16-inch wide strips
- 3 cups thin strips dry Italian salami
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- Herb-Mustard Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
- 4 cups (2 lbs.) ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 3 cups cooked turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 2 tbls. chopped green onions, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- *Herb-Mustard Vinaigrette:
- 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 2 tsps. minced fresh shallot
- 2 tbls. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsps. dried oregano
- 2 tsps. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/3 cups mild-flavored olive oil
- 3 tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Toss iceberg and romaine lettuces, basil, salami, cheese, beans and vinaigrette together in large mixing bowl.
2. Transfer to 4 chilled dinner plates. Surround each serving with a ring of diced tomatoes. Top salads with diced turkey breast. Garnish with green onions.
Herb-Mustard Vinaigrette
1. Using a hand-held, propeller-blade-type mixer or a whisk in a small bowl, process garlic, shallot, mustard, oregano, parsley, black pepper, salt and red wine vinegar.
2. Slowly blend in olive oil. When all oil has been incorporated, stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to use.

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce – chopped
- 1 head cauliflower – flowerettes
- 1 med. onion – chopped
- 1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled (can substitute bacon bits)
- 2 c mayonnaise
- ½ c white sugar
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a bowl, layer each ingredient (in order listed). Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving

Ingredients
- 10-oz. pkg. spiral noodles
- 1/2 pkg. pepperoni, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Seasonall salt
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- Small jar pimentos
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
Directions
Boil noodles; drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. May add more dressing if needed.

Ingredients
- Black olives
- broccoli
- baby carrots
- cauliflower
- celery
- cucumbers
- green onion with stalks
- green pepper
- tomatoes
- Rotini, cooked
- Pepperoni
- Deli Parmesan
- Zesty Italian dressing
Directions
Cut or chop vegetables to desired texture using quantities and ratios you like. Add remaining ingredients in desired quantities, as well.
*I had this at a block party not long ago and it was delicious amd it looks really pretty:)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained
- 2 tbls. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbl. olive oil
- 1 tbl. lime juice
- 2 tbls. minced cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely minced
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Toss well and serve on six salad plates.
Serve with favorite dressing.
