Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons dark vinegar
- 1-1½ cups mayonnaise (he uses Hellmann’s with Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning (a blend of onion, black pepper, parsley, basil, orange peel, tomato and other spices), to taste
- Morton Nature’s Seasons seasoning blend (onion, garlic, salt, pepper and other spices), to taste
Directions
• Chop cabbage, being sure to remove the stem.
• Mix mayonnaise and vinegar together, being careful not to add too much vinegar.
• Add mayonnaise mixture to the slaw, chopping cabbage some more as you mix it.
• Add the two spices to taste. (Graham uses more of the Mrs. Dash than the Morton blend).
