Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck (plus your normal seasonings)
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- shredded lettuce
- grated colby jack
- tomato slices
- Taco sauce
- hamburger buns (fresh, soft ones)
Directions
Place your hamburger meat into a skillet and season as you normally would (I always use salt, pepper, garlic powder and Season All or Tony Cacheries–whichever I grab at that moment). Throw in your onions and brown your beef. Try to chop it up as fine as you can. Drain.
Mix in the pkg of taco seasoning with water (as directed on the pkg)
Make sure you use really fresh soft buns for this:)
On your bun put a couple of spoonfuls of beef, top with cheese, lettuce, slice of tomato and a dollop of taco sauce.
ENJOY!!!
