Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 4oz. pkg. chipped beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth and
heat until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk and continue stirring to keep
from getting lumpy. The mixture – which is white sauce – willl gradually
thicken. Add the chipped beef (separate the slices) and keep over low
heat about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper as desired. Serve over toast. This can also be served with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Corn flakes, crushed
- Paprika
- White pepper
- Garlic powder
- Whole-wheat bun
Directions
* Wash chicken, pat dry and roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs, paprika, white pepper and garlic powder, coating both sides thoroughly.
* Spray glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
* Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
* Place chicken on bun and serve.
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- black pepper
- Miracle Whip – about 1/2 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and spread on bread, which has been trimmed of crust. Cut each sandwish into four pieces. Chill. (Grate cucumber and use pulp only – not juice.)I use my hands and squeese the juice out

Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers, peeled
- 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 1 (8-oz.) carton sour cream
Directions
1. Slice the peeled cucumbers as thinly as possible.
2. Remove crusts from bread. Place the bread slices on a cutting board in the order that they came out of the bread wrapper.
3. Spread one side of each slice of bread thinly with sour cream. Place a layer of cucumbers on every other slice of bread. Top each cucumber layer with the slice next to it. Cut each sandwich into quarters.
Makes 1 loaf of party sandwiches (48 quarters).

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 3 slices tomato
- 2 slices bread, toasted
Directions
* Place bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Mix mustard powder, curry powder and red pepper flakes. As soon as you turn bacon over, sprinkle spice mixture onto cooked side of bacon.
* Place lettuce and tomato onto one slice of toasted bread, then top with the seasoned cooked bacon. Top with other slice of toasted bread.
Makes 1 serving.
