Ingredients
- 1–8 oz. package diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Chill.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar of mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1 loaf of white bread
- optional, shredded cheese of choice or bacon bits
Directions
Directions:
Brown ground beef and let cool.
Mix mayonnaise in with ground beef, salt, and pepper, to consistency of egg salad. Chill and let set.
Add additional, optional ingredients to make bacon cheeseburger salad sandwiches.
Spread liberally on white bread and call the kids in off the trash heap.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups cooked ground ham*
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 8 slices fresh multi-grain, whole wheat or white bread
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients; stir well.
2.Spread filling onto 4 bread slices, top with remaining bread slices and cut sandwiches diagonally.
Makes 4 servings.
*Grind ham in the food processor

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 tbls. yellow mustard
- 1 tbl. horseradish
- 2 tbls. poppy seeds
- 12 croissants
- 2 lbs. baked ham, thin slices
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, thin slices
Directions
Combine butter, mustard, horseradish and poppy seeds and mix well to spreading consistency.
Slice croissants in half and spread each side with butter mixture. Place a generous amount of ham on the bottom half. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Cover sandwich with the other half of the croissant.
Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil and place in freezer until about 1 hour before serving.
To serve, remove from freezer and let thaw completely. Remove from foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Hamburger buns can be substituted for croissants if desired. These are also delicious with turkey and Swiss cheese.
Makes 12 sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen bouquet
- 2 tsp. Lawry
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup tomato juice
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until it begins to brown. Add onion and saute until soft. Add meat, stirring constantly with a fork to crumble as finely as possible. When meat is brown, add all
remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until the liquid cooks out (about 15-20 minutes). Spoon onto hamburger buns.
Makes 4 regular or 8 small sandwiches
