Ingredients
- 2 packages microwave popcorn (not butter flavored)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Prepare popcorn in microwave according to package directions. Pour popcorn into 1 or 2 large bowls. (You will need plenty of room to toss with hot sugar mixture.)
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add water, sugar and cinnamon, increase the heat, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Be careful; the sugar mixture is extremely hot! Pour half of mixture over the popcorn. Carefully stir or toss to combine. Add remaining sugar mixture and combine. Serve.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups salted cashews
- 1 cup crisp cheese ball snacks (like Planters Cheeze Balls)
- 1 cup corn chex
- 1 cup rice chex
- 1 cup miniature pretzels
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tbl soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Directions
In a bowl, combine the cashews, cheese balls , cereal, pretzels and chow mein noodles. IN antoerh bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mix and toss to coat. Tranfer to an ungreased 15 in x 10 in x 1 in baking pan. Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Makes about 6 cups

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Butter
- 3 cups Sifted Regular Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Sifted Cake Flour
- 1 lb Grated Extra Sharp Cheese
- 1 tsp Red Pepper
Directions
Cream butter. Add flour, salt, and pepper; then add cheese. Mix well and put through cookie press (bar). Bake strips at 350F about 10 to 15 min. Take from oven just as they begin to turn darker and cut into small lengths while warm. Store in tins.

Ingredients
- 3 cans (4 ounces each) chopped, green chilies (drained)
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- Triscuits or other crackers
Directions
Spread chilies onto the bottom of a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Pour egs over chilies; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool slightly; cut into squares and server on crackers.
Refrigerate leftovers
Yield: 3 doz

Ingredients
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small onion, grated
- Pinch of garlic salt
- hot sauce
- 1 can drained crab meat
Directions
Cream together cheese, mayo, worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion and garlic salt. Spread into sealable container. Spread light layer of hot sauce over mixture and then cover with one can drained crab meat.
Eat with crackers.
NOTE: Keeps 3-4 days
