Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken stock (you can use home made or you can use canned)
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 5 spinach leaves (cut into strips)
Directions
Put chicken stock in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat
until it boils.
Dribble egg slowly into boiling stock while stirring constantly in one direction.
(Fork or spoon is preferable to a whisk.)
Slice spinach to strips.
Add spinach.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve hot.

Ingredients
- 1 71/4-ounce package macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 15½-ounce can Manwich sauce
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup

- 1 cup grated cheese
Directions
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
Cook ground beef and drain well. Stir in Manwich sauce and golden mushroom soup. Add prepared macaroni and cheese to mixture.
Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Add cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with assorted veggies and greenery.

Ingredients
- Cooked Lentils (recipe to be included)
- 1/4 c. oil or marg.
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 Tablespoons Curry powder
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Directions
Cooking your lentils
1 c. lentils
2 1/2 c. water
2 bouillon cubes (chicken or veggie)
1 bay leaf
1 t. salt
Put lentils, water, bouillon, and spices in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the lentils are tender.
For Curry:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add salt and curry powder, and fry briefly. Add to Basic lentils along with lemon juice and parsley. Serve over rice.

Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 16 0z. Sour Cream
- 1 Bag shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients together.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Bake 350 for 1-1/2 hours.

Ingredients
- 1 slice of white bread (use a 1/4c measuring cup to cut the center out-butter the side that wont be on the bottom)
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- butter or margarine
Directions
In a skillet (frying pan), melt 1 tsp of butter or margarine in the middle (medium heat). Place the bread on the melted butter/margarine. Crack the egg and place it in the cut out of the bread. Use a fork to break the yolk. Add a dash of salt and a bit of pepper to the egg. Cook until the egg is set (not cooked through) and the bottom is browned. Use a pancake turner to flip the bread/egg. Brown. Remove from the skillet and eat:)
