1 c. Butter or margarine
8 oz. Jar Cheez Whiz
10 ¾ Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ Milk
8 oz. pkg of Frozen Broccoli, thawed
¼ c. chopped onion (optional)
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
Heat oven to 350. In saucepan melt, butter, stir in Cheez Whiz, soup and milk. Mix together over low heat to make sauce. In a bowl combine broccoli, onions and uncooked rice; add sauce to broccoli mixture & mix well. Pour in a greased 10x10x2 casserole dish and bake 35 minutes or until broccoli and rice are done.
6-8 servings

Ingredients:
1 pound green beans blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes, cooled under cold water, drain
1 carrot peeled and sliced thin on a angle (bias)
4 to 5 mushrooms sliced thin
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Method of Preparation:
In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add carrots, mushrooms and garlic sauté until just under done about 5 minutes. Add beans, salt and pepper, heat through and serve.

Ingredients
- 9 oz fettuccine pasta
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 9 oz frozen cooked chicken breasts, thawed
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
Directions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain well. Set aside.
Toss fettuccine with cooked chicken, diced tomatoes with chilies, cheese and chopped avocado. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup McCormick® Golden Dipt Tempura batter mix
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup beer (regular or nonalcoholic)
- 1 extra large white onion, sliced 3/8-inch thick
- 6 cups vegetable oil (for deep fryer)
Directions
Preheat the deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
Combine tempura mix with the spices and liquid to make a batter, using a fork. There will be some small lumps which is okay.
Slice the onion, and separate all of the rings. Dip the individual rings into the batter, then drop into the preheated oil. Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel lined plate. Salt lightly, and serve hot!

Ingredients
- One 16 ounce can blackeyed peas, drained
- One 10-ounce can rotel tomatoes, drained
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Heat oil in small pan. Add next 4 ingredients to hot oil. Saute 5 minutes. Add to rice mixture. Stir well. Transfer to shallow 8″ Pyrex dish, sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle green onions on top. Cover. Bake until heated about 25-30 minutes.
Serves 6.
