Slow-Cooked Garlic Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds lean steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 medium heads garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 10 large black olives, sliced
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil



Directions

Put all ingredients into slow cooker in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

Remove bay leaves before serving.
