Stews Steak in a Bag Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon hickory smoked salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper



Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag.

Add 2 to 3 pounds of venison steaks.

Shake bag until meat is fully coated with the rub.

Let steaks stand for 5 to 8 hours.

Boil or grill steaks as desired.

Serve and enjoy!
