Cold Tuna Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup corkscrew pasta
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna or salmon, drained, flaked, and skin and bones removed
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- salt & pepper (as desired)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain; set aside. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill at least 4 hours. Serves 2.
