Amish Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3c cooked potatoes
  • 1c milk
  • 1c cheese, cut into chunks
  • Onion salt, salt, pepper



Directions

Put all ingredients in pan and boil til cheese is melted and juice becomes gravy-like. Small potatoes with peelings on can be used and can be cooked ahead of time and kept in fridge til used.
