Strawberry and Spinach Salad II

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. spinach
  • 1 qt. strawberries slices
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts – sauteed in a small amount of butter with tbsp. of sugar
  • Dressing: mix in blender
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. veg. oil
  • 1 tsp worchesire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 or 3 whole strawberries



Directions

Wash and dry spinach, tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, pecans and strawberries in salad bowl, toss gently. Add dressing to salad and toss again.
