Deli Corned Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 5 onion rolls, split and toasted
  • 1-1/2 cups deli coleslaw
  • 10 oz. deli corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 5 slices deli Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing



Directions

Top each roll half with coleslaw, beef and cheese. Drizzle with salad dressing and top with top half of rolls. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot. Serves 5
