Trinitys Tuna Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- Mayonaise
- 1 zucchini (cut up)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- cheese (Mozarella, Swiss or CHeddar)
Directions
Fry up the onions and zucchini first. While that is cooking, mix the tuna and mayo (As much mayo as you like – basically it should cover the tuna and then the other stuff when you add it). When the veggies are cooked, mix it with the tuna and put it in a greased casserole dish (I use one of those small ones – like the size of a banana bread baking dish) and grate cheese on the top. Bake it for like 10-15 mins at 350 F… Basically until its warm and the cheese is bubbly. I sometimes substitute other veggies for the zucchini (Peppers or whatever) or will sprinkle paprika on top when its done. If you dont use too much oil/butter and use a lower fat mayo its pretty good for weight loss (Which is what I originally used it for)
