Worlds Fastest Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans chunk light tuna (in water)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 sleeve soda crackers (crushed)
- 2 eggs
Directions
Choose a 2 quart casserole dish. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Drain tuna. Crush crackers. Dump all ingredients into your dish. Stir to break up tuna and combine everything. Cook on full power for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on your microwave. Stir twice during cooking time. Mixture should be semi-firm (not runny).
