Easy Buttery Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 1/2 butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Directions
Cook carrots in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain.
Add butter and brown sugar–stir into carrots.
Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.
Makes about 8 servings. My kids LOVE these carrots:)
